Ever read those spam posts that promise you the world in five minutes a day? Well, I read an interesting article in the New York Times a while back and I'm aiming for better health seven minutes at a time.

No excuses
My husband went on a trip for two months and I had no excuses not to diet and exercise. I did an amazing job and lost about 15 pounds (go me!)
He's been back for two months now, and I've gained back 7.
I don't know why I eat so much healthier and get my feet pointed in the direction of the park when he's not around. Ideas?

Have keyboard, will blog
I have a full size all-mine keyboard at home again. With that my biggest excuse for not blogging or recording is gone. So hello world!
